hey! i think it's a great translation.
i've also translated it and the only differences were some phrases/words that are worded different.
but yours fit well too and mine are, like, almost the same!! i'll just leave some of the differences here;
“hi, we're strangers but it'll get better with me“
“if you want to cry then i'll cry too“
“do you want us to go to the petting zoo?“
instead of because: “since“
“wait going home totally sucks"
“here of course it's not better“
“which means we shouldn't annoy each other“
“you can look away and call me whatever you want“
if you like any of these you can change them but this is mostly just me comparing my translation to yours for my future reference.
