Спит. Спит в лесу глухом,
Спит княжна волшебным сном,
Спит под кровом тёмной ночи,
Сон сковал ей крепко очи.
Спит, спит.
Вот и лес глухой очнулся,
С диким смехом вдруг проснулся
Ведьм и леших шумный рой
И промчался над княжной.
Лишь княжна в лесу глухом
Спит все тем же мёртвым сном.
Спит, спит.
Слух прошёл, что в лес дремучий
Богатырь придёт могучий,
Чары силой сокрушит,
Сон волшебный победит
И княжну освободит, освободит.
Но проходят дни за днями,
Годы идут за годами.
Ни души живой кругом,
Все объято мёртвым сном.
Так княжна в лесу глухом
Тихо спит глубоким сном;
Сон сковал ей крепко очи,
Спит она и дни, и ночи.
Спит, спит.
И никто не знает, скоро ль
Час ударит пробужденья.
The Sleeping Princess
Sleeps. Sleeping in the woods deaf ,
Sleeping princess magic sleep
Sleeping under the shelter of the dark night ,
Dream forged her eyes tightly .
Sleeping, sleeping.
That forest deaf awoke
With a wild laugh, suddenly woke up
Witches and devils noisy swarm
And raced over Princess .
Only the princess in the forest deaf
Sleeps all the same dead sleep.
Sleeping, sleeping.
The rumor went that the dense forest
Hero comes mighty
Enchantment force crush ,
Dream Magic win
And Princess release , release .
But the days pass after day ,
Years go by for years .
No living soul around,
All engulfed dead sleep.
So the princess in the forest deaf
Quietly sleeping deeply ;
Sleep soundly forged her eyes ,
She was asleep and the days and nights .
Sleeping, sleeping.
