* the typical flat in a big city is described. first, it sounds like a features of routing life in a routing flat, but it also sounds like an advertisment of renting a flat. I think, that means, that many people want to live in such flats and appreciate such a life.

* Boshetunmay is a word without meaning. even the author of the song couldn't explain it.

* in russian "together" sounds like "somewhere" (usually in the meaning " in some bad place")

upon the whole, the song is about people, who live their ordinary life. they are all equal, and do not even think about the meaning of life, just behave like everybody.

The way I interpret this song is that Tsoi, while seeming to be advertising a comfy life in an apartment, really is critiquing the system (although Tsoi was hardly ever overtly political and stuck more to simple songs about life).
I think this can be seen in the last verse in the lines “everyone says we’re together” (under communism); especially the innuendo that follows “everyone know where we’re at, but few really know” perhaps hinting at the fact by the 80s very few people in the USSR realized how far behind they had fallen in development when compared with western democracies. Hence the next line about the unusual smoke, and your brain beginning to work (as you realized the backwardness of the system).
As for бошетунай, I think its supposed to represent the idealized apartments (like a place name) Tsoi is talking about.
