Luuna is the name assumed by Darya Shashina, Vanya Chebanov's girl friend.
I think the crescent moon on the video looks like a stress mark, and it really corresponds to the stress, so I've marked stress in Луу́на in a similar fashion.

It is a bit longer: it has the 2nd part of the first verse repeated twice, and then a refrain repeated. I'm not sure if I've missed this repeat (can't listen to the song right now, have to go; but probably I did), but if I've missed them, I'd just write something like вторая часть второго куплета // припев.
Anyway, mine can be merged with that version.

I just wrote 'Refrain (twice)', and the other contributor copy-pasted the refrain. Also, I wrote 'Луу́на-луна (7 раз)', i.e. 'Luuna the Moon (7 times)', while the other user just repeated it 7 times (and since he also repeated the refrain, it got repeated 7*3 times alltogether).
I personally prefer not to repeat refrains, but I don't really care much.
